1. Services Provided

Space Hacks Tech provides digital security and recovery services including, but not limited to, crypto asset recovery, account recovery, security audits, threat monitoring, and device security. The scope of each engagement is agreed upon individually with each client before work begins.

2. No Guarantees

While we have a strong track record, we cannot guarantee outcomes in every case. Recovery success depends on many factors — including how much time has passed since the incident, the type of attack, and the cooperation of third-party platforms. We will always be honest about what is and is not achievable before you commit to a case.

3. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information about your situation
• Respond to our team in a timely manner during an active case
• Not use our services for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose
• Confirm that the assets or accounts being recovered belong to you or that you have lawful authority to recover them

4. Confidentiality

We treat everything you share with us as strictly confidential. In return, we ask that any non-public information you receive about our methods during an engagement is kept confidential and not disclosed to third parties.

5. Payment

Fees for our services are discussed and agreed upon before work begins. We do not charge for initial case assessments. Payment terms vary by service type and will be clearly communicated up front. We do not accept payment before assessing whether your case is recoverable.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Space Hacks Tech is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or failure to recover assets. Our total liability in any case is limited to the amount paid for that specific engagement.

7. Impersonation Warning

We will never ask for your private keys, wallet seed phrases, or full passwords. If someone contacts you claiming to be Space Hacks Tech and requests these, it is a scam. Report it to us immediately at spacehackstech@gmail.com.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes will be resolved through good-faith negotiation before pursuing any formal process.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time. Material changes will be reflected with an updated date. Continuing to use our services after changes means you accept the revised terms.
